Cervical rib
I have cervical rib both side so my que is can I eligible for orthopedic handicap catagory for only 10% b.coz I'm I have low vision certificate 40% so I want to make multiple disability certificate due to cervical rib i feel weakness in hands and gripping

No it's not possible. I have already explained you one month back. Again you are asking the same question Let me explain you properly. ," Those conditions which cannot be corrected by medical or surgically, will be eligible for disability onto satisfaction of medical board or professional counsil" Your problem is surgically correctable
