Cervical pain
My friend is having pain in his neck, head and back for 10 days, he can't even sleep. Please suggest what he can do to overcome the pain as he thought it is cervical pain. Is there any exercise for that? Please suggest.

It can be cervicogenic hedache due to issue in neck You have to do neck stretches , cervical isometrics, upper limb strengthening and hot fermentation twice daily * 15 min . For back to back strengthening which includes spine extension exercises , bridging , lumbar isometrics cat camel and diagonal raises on all 4 limbs . According to the symptoms that you said, maybe he is having muscle spasm due to poor posture. Try applying hot pack for 15 mins 3-4 times a day.

Consult with ortho or neurologist for medicines, Take him to nearby physiotherapy clinic for electrotherapy treatment. With the help of IFT+US the pain will get reduced later exercises can be suggested.
