Hi ,ur Evaluation should include cervical and lumbar spine MRI to assess disc degeneration or nerve impingement, and vestibular workup if dizziness persists. Temporarily, Tab Ezact-MR BD (muscle relaxant + NSAID), Tab Pan 40 mg OD (gastric protection), and Tab Vertin 16 mg BD (for dizziness) for 10 days may help, along with cervical collar use and physiotherapy; consult ortho or neuro if no improvement. Take care
