Cervical incompetence and grade 3 plasma
Hi Iam 29weeks and 5days pregnant as of today(28/1/22) i had cervical incompetence and got Cerclage on 8/01/22 post surgery my cervix length was 1.4cms now it is further reduced to 0.9cms with grade 3 plasma is yesterday scan,please advise when to expect delivery also I see the AC and FL is less compared to BPD and HC is this normal? How to find that my cervix is completely 0 and what are the signs I should get so that I can rush to hospital accordingly. Steroids is given at 27weeks for lung maturity will it long last till whenever pregnancy happens? Have attached the last 2 scans please advise Also iam on Gestation diabetes and on Insulin my fasting sugar level is not reducing and ranges between 100 to 110 rest all values are under range.

Pls be on complete bed rest.it will good for baby if delvery doesnt happens soon,there is risk

Absolute   bed  rest  steroid   coverage  good   sugar  control  are  mandatory   back ache  feeling  of  something   coming  down  visit   hospital immediately

R u on any medication to take care of deranged sugar Urs is a high risk pregnancy Ideally u shud be monitored in a hospital setup with a good nicu backup Gush of watery discharge 3 contractions in ten min lasting 40 sec approximately Bleeding Needs urgent admission
