Is it ok to wait until an anomaly scan for cervical encerclage, if cervical length during NT scan is 3 , and patient has bicorneate uterus with dcda twins.

It will all depend upon patients previous obsterical history- was there history of cervical incompetence in last pregnancy? also is this pregnancy IVF conceived? Is aneuploidy screening done?
