My wife is 3 months pregnant. It is an IVF twin pregnancy. Cervix length in nt scan was 34 mm.
Our doctor has suggested us cervical cerclage as a precaution.
This is the first pregnancy of my wife so no history of miscarraige nor successful pregnancy.
Is it advisable to go ahead with the cerclage or should one wait and monitor cervical length and If it is reducing then go for cerclage??
