The doctor has suggested to me to go for a pap test to know abt f i am having cervical cancer.Can you please tell me the symptoms a person's body shows if he has cervical cancer

You are 24 years old. So no one will suspect Cervical cancer in your case. You are having a Pap smear more as a part of routine screening examination in any problem of the Cervix.
The first symptom of cancer cervix is contact bleeding.
