Cerelac and formula milk only
Hi My daughter is 15 months old and her last weight was 12.4 kgs. We have come on vacation and she only having cerelac/formula milk since 5 days. She is not willing to have khichdi or anything like normally she used to have in home. Is it okay if she is on milk and cerelac for 3 more days?

Hello, Your baby is sensitive to environment so that's why her mood swings. You should try to include homemade fruit juice, smoothie, fruit custurd, and such fruits which she likes to take. If possible

Hi, Try other options like Suji kheer, custard, glucose biscuit mashed in warm milk, rice phirni, mashed dal, mashed rice, mashed Dalia, milk Vermicelli, fruit puree etc.

This might be due to environmental change. Some kids are more responsive to environmental change. You can try with some fruits and liquids

Hi, change of environment sometimes triggers the kids behaviour and food preferences. Its ok, but try to add mashed fruits and veggies to her cerelac. Try to give her mashed egg etc.

If you are traveling you can keep it as a emergency things . Or try to give the taste of food that you are having just avoid the intake of pizza or burger like things that will be too heavy for the stomach of child You can give soups, salad , rice and dal without tadka
