Cerazette tablet during breastfeeding
Hi doctor, My baby is 8montb old and I am breastfeeding. I got my periods last month , bleeding didn't stop and Continued for 20days. I have pcod(endometrial hyperplasia). My gynecologist told to take meprete for 15days. Once periods starts, told to take cerazette for next 3months starting from 5th day of period. Mentioned that cerazette is contraceptive pill. Me and my husband not planning for another pregnancy. We are not having any intercourse and my husband will be going to another country next month for one year. My question is should I take cerazette for next 3months Or can i continue meprete if bleeding doesnot stop in the next cycles? ( bcoz I am not experiencing any adverse effects after taking meprete)
