If vitals, ecg rhythm, blood sugar levels are normal, then you need worry about Hb levels. Brisk walking 20 minutes a day for atleast 6 days a week can be helpful. Eat a regular healthy diet.

This Hemoglobin can be treated as more like high normal here. Its important to understand his other symptoms and disease conditions to contextualise this report. At 16.5 HB and normal mchc i wont bother much. Would keep a close watch and look for hypertension and some deficiencies which can release prature red cells in circulation and cause high RDW. Consult a physician for review.

Need to check his blood pressure and also check his pulse rate , if it’s abnormal then get an ECG done , and also he will require treatment if any of the above parameters are abnormal
