This is a normal report with some derangements which are not significant without a complete history. Often there are questions with reports where you don't understand it's not maths. There's no percentage we look at unless one knows what we are looking at.
What were the symptoms? Why was the test done?
All these things along with basic details are essential in understanding a report.
