It needs psychological as well as physiological assessment , this problem will  improve with medicines and counselling .I can understand ur  concern that you are worried but As u are young , scope of improvement is there. Borderline low RBc count us not worrisome if your hemoglobin level is which pretty good in here. So Don't you worry about rbc count or rdw. These are dynamic parameters in the body and frequently get changed and vary within  a range. It doesn't need any treatment. No need of vitamins for this only
