Cavity Tooth fallen
Few months back I went to dentist and he did root canal and applied paste. Now that teeth broken and now it is paining. Left side head, eye, throat paining. Please suggest good treatment.

As the tooth is fractured the tooth has  become re infected. Depending on how much of tooth structure is remaining either a re rct can be done, if not then the tooth has to be removed.

Was the root canal treated tooth placed a crown? If yes please send a clinical pic... If not...then the tooth had fractured due to non placement of crown... Please get a x-ray done....if the tooth is fractured from furcation you wld probably will have to get it extracted...

Get an X-ray done. Either the tooth is reinfected or it might have fractured. Treatment depends on the cause of the problem. Either a Rerootcanal or an extraction may be required
