Cavity in my upper side teeth. I taken treatment before also in my other teeth problem now I have again facing a problem in other teeth.

Get your cavities filled up immediately. If you ignore, the cavities will proceed to the pulp (nerve) and you will have to go for higher treatments like root canals etc.
