Toothache can be caused by deep cavities where bacterial destruction of tooth structure is approaching pulp. These conditions require RCT (Root canal treatment) followed by cap on that particular tooth.

Cavity can either be treated by fillings or root canal depending on the extent of destruction already caused by the bacteria. So kindly get your self checked and get the treatment done without delays

Visit any dentist near by. Root canal treatment may be the treatment of choice for your teeth. If u need  specialist dr for this treatment than consult an endodontist nearby.

Treatment based on how deep the cavity is. Should be filled before you develop pain or sensitivity.
