Cavity in the teeth
I had the cavity in the corner teeth but now it comes in the other teeth as well now two small dots are showing in that new teeth what to do to get rid of it.
Please suggest me a way by which i can stop it here without any surgery

hello
you need to visit the dentist and get it checked.. if there is a cavity get it filled. if there is infection to the root of tooth get it treated.

Firstly start brushing twice followed by saline water gargles,after which get those two black dots removed and replaced by cements so that they don't further expand and are stopped
Once in for all.
