Yes some times due to lack of space your last wisdom tooth erupt in sleeping position which results in pain in few cases , this leads to cavity due to food lodgement , since the last tooth is troubling you it will go for extraction which is a minor surgical procedure that can be done in 15-45min , medications may reduce pain but u may get back pain again and again so better to go with necessary treatment , kindly consult your nearby Oral and maxillofacial surgeon
Next Steps
Need to visit oral and maxillofacial surgeon
Health Tips
Rinse with warm salt water 3-4 times daily

It might be a wisdom tooth which usually erupts after 18 yrs of age...it usually will not have space to come out in the arch and pain arising from that tooth will be usually painful. ....visit a dentist and get a radiograph done
