When cavity is noticed by oneself it must be restored by visiting dentist ASAP..don't wait to spread it further..but as in your case a course of antibiotics and analgesics is required to get relief from pain & swelling..at first and then..and an xray is required for further treatment plan

Fix an appointment with a dentist , get an xray done and since it is paining, you need to go for root canal treatment followed by crown after antibiotic course. For the two teeth, Implant or fixed dental bridge is needed.

Visit your dentist and don't delay treatment. Also talk to your dentist about cavity prevention and proper oral hygiene measures, and about replacement of missing teeth if not third molars
