All techniques have their pros and cons, and there are several factors when we talk about success of Surgery like - Hardness of cataract, type of Anaesthesia, the IOL (Lens) that is being put, Health of Cornea.
The most standard international method of cataract surgery is MICS (Phacoemulsification) which costs anywhere around 10k - 1.2 Lacs per eye, depending on the choice of lens and other factors.

Latest is FEMTO LASER,, THAT WILL COST AROUND 1 LAKH,, but MICS phaco is equally good and coat u some where around 30000.
So better to go for Mics
