My mother had an eye operation of cataract in September 2014 of both the eyes and now again she is not able to see clearly. After consulting with the doctor they are saying that on her lenses their is veil & need to remove with light/heat treatment & it will cost Rs. 5000/- for both the eyes

Yes. This is possible. It is a known sequel in some people. The thin layer that is formed just at the back side of the lens implant (IOL) is called as PCO or posterior capsular opacity. This can be very easily and painlessly cleared away in few seconds by Nd YAG Laser. If cost is an issue, it can be done for almost free in government or some trust hospitals.
