Developmental cataracts are different from normal age related cataracts ..the vision recovery depends on certain factor like age at which it started..
There are options in terms of various lenses availaible nowdays .
But specific advise can be given only after consultation.

Most of time after sx full recovery of vision doesn't occur.developmental cataract occur in young age n development of vision also occur in this age. Because of cataract vision not develop properly. So that after recovery is not 100%

Since you near vision is good, there is good chance of recovery of vision after surgery, as vision development seems to be good.
But some refractive error can be there which might need glasses in certain cases
