Recently i got diagnosed with cataract at an age of 27 and came to know that having early onset cataract increases the risk of developing cancer in future years. What should i do to avoid that... And can i check that what cause my cataract?

Early onset cataract is usually syndromic,no cancer is linked to it as far as I know
Other most common cause of early onset cataract is steroid use

Cataract in early age may be due to some trauma or steroids use in any form or some genetic disorder
So thorough examination is needed to diagnose any syndrome.
Otherwise there's no direct relationship with cancer
