I got cat bite but no blood come out and no scratches. Should I take rabies injection.

If the cat bite involved direct contact with skin (even without bleeding), it is considered Category II exposure as per WHO guidelines. Rabies post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP) is recommended.
Next Steps
Start the anti-rabies vaccine (ARV) series as soon as possible
Consider Tetanus toxoid (TT) if not taken in the last 5 years.
