Case of endometriosis
Ovarian endometriomas follow up case Usg report: jan, 2020 RO cyst size: 3.6*2.4 CM LO cyst size: 6.5*5.7 CM Coninuous Emersa 2 mg for 2 years. Usg report: dec, 2021 RO cyst size: 1.8*1.6 CM LO cyst size: 2.6*2.4 CM Stop medicine for almost 3 months by adv. Of my doctor and got 3 consecutive normal period. After that USG: March, 2022 RO cyst size: 1.8*1.9 CM LO cyst size: 4.9*3.5 CM & 3.0*2.8 CM After this usg Still one normal period was happened before starting medicine by doctor. After that start again emersa 2 mg from 10th April and continue Today's usg report: RO cyst size: 1.0*1.5 CM LO cyst size: 3.0*3.4 CM & 3.6*4.1 CM LO volume: 144 CC RO volume: 5 CC Impression: chocolate cyst has regressed in size. I'm unmarried and do not want to do surgery now, as I have no pain. So I want to Surgery after marriage & before conception if necessary. So now what treatment should be applied with no serious side effect? Plz help thank you.
