CASE OF BILATERAL ENDOMETRIOMAS:
Unmarried girl of 26 years.
LO cyst size- 6.5*5.7 CM & RO cyst size- 3.6*2.4 CM ( usg- jan, 2020)
Taking Emersa 2 mg daily once
LO cyst size- 2.4*2.7 CM & RO cyst size 1.1*1.7 cm
RO volume 8 cc & LO volume 19 cc. ( Usg- 2021, few days ago)
Doctor told me to continue emersa upto december, 2021 and then cease.
Can i pregnant naturally at the age of 30/31 ? I Know from google that it causes infertility & cannot conceive naturally. Ivf is necessary. Plz suggest.
