Bilateral ovarian endometrioma
I am on Dinogest 4mg since 4months. Right Ovarian Cyst size has reduced from 46x35mm to 36x26mm; left ovarian cyst from 36x27mm to 34x20mm in a period of 3months. But I have this problem of bleeding sometimes reddish brown blood with black discharge,sometimes red blood. Almost 20days in a month.. Doctor has now reduced dinogest to 2mg and advised to take Leuprolide acetate injection.
Should I take the injection or continue dinogest?? Are there any side effects??

U can take injection.
But u can take only for max 6 months. Consult online for further management.
