Caripill suggested to increase platelets
My wife had fever and platelets count decreased to 125 out of range 150 to 450. General Physician suggested to take Caripill syrup but my wife is eight months pregnant. Is it safe to take Caripill syrup?

Not advisable Caripill is a papaya extract Raw Papaya causes abortions hence generally advised to avoid it Also since she is pregnant, I would suggest her to be under proper guidance as platelets can dip in a day Pregnancy is also immunocompromised state…so they are prone to severe dengue
