Giant platelets...With low plateletcount
About 2 weeks ago I could got rid of RPOCs after abortion....Now I again got my CBC done ...This time my platelets count is just 127 and few giant platelets were also seen...Now what is it???Or it is normal to hv low platelets after abortion..... Other parameters are in safe range...Plz answer

Giant platelet count is noted in individuals from some parts of India ...Get a manual platelet count ..Meet a physician .
