So i m in a relationship since 2 years... we cant meet bcoz he has job outside the town... last time i met him 7 months before... after that we used to talk over phone... and i m a type of person who like to meet in person... i like to touch, feel, seeing the person whom i m in love with... after 7 months he surprised me... and he didnt tell me that he is coming... after some time  i kissed him...for the first time in my entire life..... i just wanna spend some time with me....i miss him so badly after i met him that whatever i m doing in any moment of my life i get distracted everytime... cant stop this overthinking.....cant focus on my studies... So i want to know is there anything that i should be worry about or it is just normal that will go away if i spend enough time with him...

Hello, this is common at this age and you feel good about it. However if his absence disturbing you a lot, not able to concentrate even if you try your best, impacting your studies then you may have one session to discuss this which will help you to focus on your things and also tips about your current relationship. Nothing wrong in taking opinion from experts Regards Dr Prashant Baspure Psychiatrist & Sexual medicine specialist FECSM ( Fellow of European committee for Sexual medicine )
