Cant be happy anymore
Trichotillomania, thoughts of eventual death, tension in family due to a divorced sister, problems of loneliness due to husband's erratic job timings, identity crisis, weight issues and a few more things keep clawing at my mind. Not able to manage my emotions, bad outbursts, not able to detach myself from the sadness.general feeling of hopelessness.lost will to pursue things I used to like.not able to talk to parents as they are already stressed a lot.health issues too.

Most of these are symptoms of depression. I understand there are a lot of triggers around you. However, it is only when you look at them together that you feel overwhelmed. Try to view each one independently and perceive the same situation in a different light. For example: your husband’s absence is a opportunity for you to have your own space and me time. Your sister’s divorce might be stressful right now but eventually it’s for her own good. Et cetera. In the meanwhile visit a Psychologist so that you can get diagnosed correctly and get the help required.
