Frequent heated family tension
I am a 28 yo living with my parents and twin sister, I frequently get into nasty arguments with my mother and sister, I feel that my mother loves my sister more than me as till class 10 she used to do a lot better than me academically and used to get all the appreciation. I am struggling to pass CA final exams, while my sister has done MBA from a reasonably fair b school and is working now, deep down I know that CA might be a harder course, but people would only see the results and not pay attention to the rest. I have become overweight, cranky, jittery and at times physically aggressive towards my family, especially my mom, whom I at times blame for being biased towards my sis, not letting me do MBA(I remember telling her that I wanted to do mba, in 2016, which she dosent even acknowledge now and blames me for shifting the blame of my failure towards her). The frequent tension spoils everyone's mood and I suffer the most. I have high bp 130-150. Please suggest some recourse.

As already recommended, it is possible to manage emotional turbulences and the consequent behaviours through a series of sessions with a licensed psychotherapist. You will be taught coping skills, emotional regulation and relaxation techniques which with regular practice may prove quite beneficial for optimising your blood pressure even. Sometimes an appropriate course of medications can help resolve the acute phase of symptoms. Good luck!
Next Steps
Consult a psychiatrist or a psychologist
