Hi, i am not unable to sleep at night although i feel sleepy, but every 5 minutes i get up to pee and then again drink water, its happening almost daily and i sleep after 2 or more hours after lying on bed, also when i sleep i wake up after 4-5 hours again then sleep. Kindly give me advise on this.

Hello ...., you have altered sleep cycle ,go to bed and get at right time ,don't sleep in day time ,avoid coffee ,tea in night ,don't watch TV ,computer while sleeping , do exercise daily in morning , don't worry too much ,don't strain yourself much.incomplete sleep makes you feel dizzy ,drowsy in the morning .
