Cannot lie down when stomach has food
I've gastritis since 5 years and recently for 1 month I can't lie down or sleep when some food is in stomach. I have heart palpitations at that time. Please give me suggestions

This may be because of acid reflux into esophagus. Reflux can lead to complications and should be treated accordingly.
