Visit a dentist to get the area of ulcers examined properly to rule out the cause and prescribe you with the treatment accordingly..Do not consume hot or spicy food or any sharp or hard portion of food can lead to severity in condition..Consume more of water and juices and quit any adverse habits of smoking or drinking if present..
Kenacort gel and dologel CT ( to be applied over the affected area 3-4 times a day)
Avoid eating anything spicy, avoid stress,avoid bad habits if I have any
Eat lots of green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits and drink plenty of water.
Apply hexigel or dologel on the affected area few times a day especially before food. Cool and soft food recommended. Add a vitamin bcomplex tablet to once a day
Is d patient febrile? If yes, a paracetamol 6th to 8th hourly 500mg and lots of water to drink n a becosules tab one a day will do. Ulcers cud smtyms follow aftr fever/ an illness/ antibiotics/ simply stress related due to exams too
