My mother was diagnosed with Ca GB in 4 B stage in Dec last year. She was treated at Army Command Hospital at pune. She was given chemotherapy to which she didn't responded as per doctors. Doctors changed chemotherapy drug several times but it worsened her situation. Now she is having swelling in her legs and can't walk properly. What can be done to ease her pain.

She is in her terminal stage from your description. Only best supportive care may be offered. You may give limb elevation to reduce swelling, but the overall outlook remains poor
