Can we use levosalbutamol and asthalin

Asked for Male, 60 Years

I have dry cough(diabetic patient ) and planning to have nebulization but ive got both levolin and asthalin respules. Can we mix both respules and take for better results or which is better.

Levolin contains levosalbutamol and asthalin contains salbutamol. Levolin is better . Salbutamol have more side effects like shaking hands, increased heart beat, falling potassium levels which is very very less with levosalbutamol inhaler
