Dialysis patient with Bad dry cough
She is a dialysis patient and its been 10 yrs she is suffering from this. The reason why I am here is her condition right now is not good she is having a bad cough which is dry and its constant throughout the day

She is being a CKD patient on regular dialysis Having bad cough means either it is as a post infectious stage or due to volume overload because of CKD. Ideally she should be seen by the doctor when she visits hospital for her dialysis session to determine the cause of sever cough.
