Can wr eat sabudana also known as Sago or tapioca in pregnancy. Bcoz i want to do navratre fasting. Please suggest me a diet for pregnancy. I am 5weeks pregnant i have pcod and i am obese.

You should not be very strict with your Religious rituals. So many types of atta are allowed. Almost all vegetables without Onion, Common Salt, and Garlic are allowed. You can eat all fruits. You can eat dairy products.
So I don't think we can plan a menu for Navratra diet. You can make according to your taste.
