CAN TAKE VITAMIN B-12 & CALCIUM TABLETS
Hi, I have hypothyroidism problem. i am taking Vitamin b-12 500mcg  & Calcium Tablets. i want to know that can i take both the tablets twice in a day. i am also taking thyroid medicine.

May I know the dose of levo thyroxine you are taking for your hypothyroidism? I dont think its needed to take twice unless you have severe deficiency of vitamins or calcium

For a shorter duration u can take calcium or vit B12 once or twice but to take it for a longer time we should always check the blood levels of serum calcium , vit B12 or bit D3 , then should take it in an appropriate dose otherwise overdosage also can cause serious side effects
