Chest tightness, feeling a lump in the throat and headaches are triggered by mostly by hyperventilation as a result of anxiety and stress.Until you find a way to alleviate your anxiety, the symptoms you are experiencing are likely to continue.Reason out what is causing your anxiety and stress.at an young age of 20 years.Try deep breathing exercises. If you are affected badly , consultation with a clinical psychologist in your area is recommended.
