Can't make better decision.

When I am talking about something to my parents I can't control my anger if they are not agree on my decision, I can't focus on my study or unable to make a right decision. If I get any suggestion I feel disturb and think more on suggestions. If I am right I can't explain to my parents in a right way or if I took any decision I will continously thinking on it and again unable to take right decision, so many people or friend says that please stay on one decision and away from negativity but I can't.. So many things I am feeling, if I am telling about my decision to my parents they started yelling on me and said you are not experienced you don't know anything about the world. I wanted to marry a guy and he is Intercaste then my parents says you have lost your mind you want us to die and so many things, what should I do to make a right decision and can concentrate on my study. Should I have to go to psychiatrists.
