I can't focus on anything not in any work studies every time i am distracted can you please help me out its my 12th so i need to be focused on studies

What other situations or people are distracting you..are you using internet excessively...how's your predominant mood since last two weeks..sleep, appetite etc.. Gather information and Consult a Psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and Management of the case...you can direct Consult also..
