Can't able to handle emotional problems
I think so much for every small problems.. I can't handle my emotions... This affects my sleep I can't sleep at night.. When I am alone I always think and cry!

You seem to be emotionally sensitive, that makes even any small issue blow out of proportion, therefore you are unable to solve the issue and move on. As a start write down the problems on a paper, list out what was the cause and who was the cause for that problem.  Thereafter, think only about solving and ask yourself all possible solutions and write them down. See which one of them works better to solve.  If required, discuss with trustworthy elders, friends and take their opinion also. When you resolve such issues, you confidence level boosts. Consult a Counsellor for professional help
