Hi, I am sorry you are feeling this way. I am sure this is tough for you. It looks like you’re finding it hard to understand the Functions of the mind. The reason the mind is running after something is because it’s stored it in the subconscious and reliving it every moment. We will have to recover the incident which you’re thinking about continuously and heal and process the related emotions in a safe trance space. Once that is done you will move into healing and recovery. You’re beautiful. Stay!

Hi , There are many reasons for identity crises and feeling unsure about who you are like,unhappy childhood, present living situation, anxiety,stress.unhappiness etc.When you are not satisfied with life, your needs are not met you will feel incomplete. If you feel like you don't know who you are ,spend some time alone getting to know yourself better

Hi Consult a psychologist and talk about what is bothering you and what is making you feel anxious. With a psychologist you can talk about anxious thoughts. You can also talk about your daily routine, appetite, water intake, caffeine intake, and sleep pattern. A psychologist will guide you on how you can feel calm.
