Can a duonase nasal spray used for a continuous period of 5months cause immunosuppression? I have been taking this spray to treat allergic rhinitis. I have attached the picture of the spray

Yes. All forms of steroid causes immunosuppression. The dose, duration and route ( like oral, nasal, intravenous etc) determines the degree of immunosuppression.
