It is a very common problem. About 30-35% women have this.
A few remedies can be
Don't use gadgets (with monitor -- TV and Mobile included) for at least one hour before you go to sleep.
Don't go to sleep immediately after eating. Be upright and walk for about half hour.
Don't drink too much of water before sleeping. You can drink as much water as you want till about 6 PM. After that cut water consumption.
Be busy in the day so that you can tire yourself. A walk in morning and evening may help.
