Can I stop baclofen suddenly

M an alcohol addiction since 5 years and I have visited psychiatrist and doctor prescribed me baclofen 10 mg two tabs daily at night before food, now I feel memory loss and confusion, so dear doctors can I stop baclofen suddenly without consulting doctors as I got memory loss and confusion, difficult to remember and learn new things, plz suggest me I am so much of worried regarding my mental health. Thank you
