You can take both medications together. Clonazepam 0.5 should be taken  for anxiety when needed, not daily, gradually tapered by doctor advice Baclofen should be continued If you feel excess sedation, Clonazepam should be stopped first

Lonazep is benzodiazepine which is sedative and can cause falls. These should be used under expert hands. Do consult a psychiatrist and get evaluated and then treated.

Hey Both of these medications should not be taken without consultation. Lenazep has addiction potential and both together can cause drowsiness as well. It will be better if you consultant your prescribing doctor Or get in touch with me for detailed assessment.

Both baclofen and clonazepam act on the central nervous system (CNS) to reduce nerve activity. When taken together: They can make you feel more drowsy, dizzy, or light-headed. if used for long duration some report memory issues
Next Steps
Precautions: • Avoid alcohol or other sedating medicines unless approved by your doctor. • Take exactly as prescribed – do not adjust the dose yourself. • Be cautious with activities requiring alertness until you know how the combination affects you. • Report excessive sleepiness, difficulty breathing, or confusion immediately.

Lonazep (clonazepam) and baclofen can be taken together if prescribed by your doctor, as they are sometimes used for anxiety, muscle spasms, or neurological conditions. However, both medicines act on the nervous system and can cause additive side effects like drowsiness, dizziness, fatigue, and slowed reaction time. In higher doses or in sensitive individuals, they may also cause excessive sedation or unsteadiness, so caution is needed especially with activities like driving. Always take them under medical supervision and report any unusual symptoms promptly.

Both clonazepam and baclofen can cause sedation and dizziness, taking them together may increase these symptoms which can hamper your daily activities.. Most of the time lonazep is prescribed at night, if your doctor prescribed it in the morning there might be some reason for it.. you have to talk with your doctor if you have any side effects because of these medications.. As clonazepam is a long acting benzodiazepine there may not be a difference if you take it 1hr apart also.. So, if there are no severe side effects you can take it.
Next Steps
consult a psychiatrist
