Lonazep withdrawl
I have been taking lonazep for 3 months for sleep and anxiety problem along with antidep 50...I have reduced lonazep dosage from 0.5 to 0.25...but when I completely stop it, I am not getting sleep...am I addicted to lonazep? How do I come out of this?

You can further taper of by taking half of 0.25mg lonazep. Improve your sleep hygiene. Consult me or any other psychiatrist
