Can I have egg with high cholesterol
Hello doctor ...i am 32 years female...i recently took my cholesterol blood test.
my hdl is 60mg/dl
Ldl is 170mg/dl
Triglycerides 97mg/dl
Vldl is 19mg/dl
I am a vegetarian and i don't have any other problems and my sugar ,pb and all normal..is it okay to take 1 whole egg everyday??
